Refund and Returns Policy

Event Tickets Overview

Tickets for our events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. This is because all tickets are sold on a limited basis — a refund would prevent us from selling that place to someone else.

Exceptions

Exchange Requests

Tickets Exchanges to a different venue can be requested by emailing us quoting your order number and requested details. This will likely only be possible if sufficient tickets are still available at the alternative venues.

Refund Requests

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if you made an error (e.g., wrong date or quantity). We will review and process these promptly where possible.

Cancellations

In the circumstance of your venue event being cancelled by us or significantly changed, ticket(s) to alternative venue(s) will be offered (if available). Refunds will be offered if there is no suitable alternative venues available.

Additional Donations

Any additional donation you choose to add is a voluntary contribution and is non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.

How to request a refund or exchange

Contact us at email@ahomeforlewis.org within 24 hours quoting your order number. Where approved, Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g., if the event is cancelled by us).
